Born in southern Russia, Victor was a member of a very poor family. His family lived on a small farm and almost never had crops or livestock. Although, after only four years of him working, his mother grew very ill. Victor began to work twice as much to try and earn the money for the medicine she needed. Despite his efforts, she died. Sad and confused, Victors father commited suicide three days later. Victor was forced to take care of his four younger siblings. His two brothers, Yersa and Don, went missing when they turned twelve and said they would go out hunting for food. After that, Victor and his two sisters, Heather and Thersa, moved to America. They hoped for a better life there.
When Victor arrived in America he learned English very quickly. He soon learned about the American army. He grew very intrested for he'd always loved guns and how they worked. He told his sisters and they dissagreed. He told them that he wouldn't join the army until they moved away. Victor was seventeen by then. His two sisters were around fifteen. He knew they would move away from the city they lived in when they turned eighteen.
When his two sisters became old enough to live on their own they decided to move away to another city. Victor however, remained in Raccoon City. He soon joined the American army after that and remained there for six years. He had joined the stealth and snipers devision. When he left, he returned to Raccoon City and became a cop. His military skills got him promoted very quickly. After two years as a cop, he'd joined S.T.A.R.S. He grew very excited did all he could to help. He joined as a sharpshooter and stealth/recon expert. He knew his skills would be very helpful to the S.T.A.R.S. He had no idea he would be forced to hold back the Umbrella Corperations Outbreak.
