If any of you can help me with some animal problems I'd be more than happy.
Yesterday.. A kitten no more than two or three weeks old was stepped on by my father. My father's 200 pound weight went on it's head. The poor thing rolled around helplessly as bright red blood, which I believe to come from an artery, was everywhere from it's nose and mouth. I may be wrong about the artery, I thought maybe I could save it but I we were just about to leave for work, which I just got back from. I began browsing around for vetrinary information but all it says is useless crap about how to KEEP your kittens in good shape, not how to fix them. If any of you know how to treat a serious head injury I beg you to reply. The kitten's already dead, she must've died during the night, but I must know what I can do in case something similar happens. My house is a common breeding ground for cats, so any info would be useful.

YOUR DAD IS A MURDERER!!!
Anyway, civilians don't have the right supplies and equipment. You have to take it to the vet. Basically, it's like your brother getting hurt. You have to rush him to the hospital. Its like that. Nothing you could do alone.

Yeah, but my dad refuses to pay so much money on an animal. It wasn't really his fault. My f*cking brother and uncle keep the damn house so dark that a pure grey kitten is impossible to see, especially when it's laying cozy on a dark sweater. God it seriously hurt to see it in so much pain.

Well, I got a few things to say. One: Sam. Vets, doctors, surgeons. They are still civilians....unless you're a battlefield surgeon, or a field medic, because you're in the military. Two: I would have just put out of it's misery. It was obviously in a lot of pain. My neighbor, a German who's a real animal lover, would probably say the same thing. But if you really want it to live, I would probably have to agree. Rush it to the vet. Sad thing is though, it mght die in the waiting room, if the damage is severe. They can get really busy sometimes...there really isn't much else you can do. You say that kitten was stepped on by a 200-pound man? I'm sorry, but I really don't think there was much that the vets could have done either....
