"Let's just, you know, drive down to central park, maybe find a good place to hit the Snakes below the belt. That's where we'll start. Knowing a bunch of guys with IQ's they could count on their hands, our best bet is probably either in a strip club or in one of those super-deluxe fancy ritzy hotel like the kind they always see in the movies. "But first things first. Neither Rina, nor myself, are bulletproof. Rina should still have about 18 bullets in a glock, but I have nothing to fight with if they, through some sort of divine intervention, sniff us out before we've thinned them enough," Nat opened the door of the recently liberated car and sparked the engine, then slid into the driver's seat, "I have two month's worth of rent on us finding a decent gun dealer in at least three of these alleys on the way there." As it turns out, Nat was right. Two blocks from "home," he turned off the car, dropped it into park, and got out of the vehicle. A very tall man in a dark coat was standing right in the middle of the alley, looking almost like he didn't want to be kept in the dark. His face was pointy and he had a big, toothy horse grin. He looked like any bad guy in a movie. "What's your poison, friend?" The dealer spoke with a very rushed voice. "We're not here for that." "What are you looking for, then?" He opened his jacket. Inside, arranged by item, was rows of green stuff, white stuff, black stuff, a bag of brownies, a bunch of Rolex's, and finally, at the very bottom of the jacket, a bunch of car keys, each identified to a car with a scribbled-on piece of masking tape. "Got any firepower?" "Oh, yeah, yeah, come here. those your friends? Yeah, they come too. Security reasons, you'll understand." "yeah, i got it Jeremy." "Man, call me some other shit." "Fine, 'Some Other Shit,' just show us the guns." The dealer walked briskly towards a nice-looking Oldsmobile that was very well restored, and winding around the trunk, lifted the heavy steel with ease."Yeah, yeah, come here, here!" True to his word, the trunk was filled small arms, with a false bottom to hide it all. "Also got ammo, if you need it friend." "How much?" "for?" "2 guns. Auto. make it something worth a crap, too." "Well, we have here a mac-10. large spread. Bullets shoot faster outta this thing than outta a whore with a drinking problem, though." "it's for protection. Let's keep the building in one piece." "Okay, okay, yeah. You said you wanted what?" "Something small. with a little bit of accuracy." "Okay, okay, let's try this," he hefted up a micro MP-5. "This sucker ain't the smallest, but it does the job. Butt stock folds so's you can carry it, shoots nice and straight, got a little kick 'cause it's pretty light." "Fine, sure. how much for two?" He eyed Rina and licked his lips. "We can talk about it inside, right?" "Where's 'inside'?"
Turns out, 'inside' was the back door of a laundromat. The owner, a very small Chinese man, waved to us four and closed and locked the door between the little storeroom we were in and the main store.

Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. And nothing. Nothing of real importance had happened to her in the past week or so. Emma did small jobs and cleaned out the trash for him, but that type of work happened so much they felt like chores to her. They were boring and tedious, and soon enough it got so far for her to feel as if death had lost its appeal. “Heh.” After her ‘training’ with him, she wasn’t afraid of anything. Anything at all except Him, of course. Who wouldn’t be? He /was/ the reincarnated devil but she begged to differ. Emma felt as if this man was stronger than the devil for the devil was so easily punished by “God.” If only there were a “God” then maybe the person she was searching for would be alive.
But now, she had no time to lose. Today she had received a package concerning her next mission and it involved visiting a whore’s nest of a club and meeting up with one of His ‘associates’, if you could call them that. Whatever the meeting was for it meant a lot for Him and that meant she would have to follow. “But it’s alright…He’ll reward me later…” A plastered smile appeared on her face as her now dull colored eyes inspected the new handgun she was given. “He was so n-nice in giving me this…” Emma holstered the gun and quickly pulled on her helmet. It was time to go.
In almost no time at all, she arrived at what she dubbed a garbage dump, and drove onto the sidewalk. Her voice, altered thanks to the helmet He gave her, helped persuade a man into walking in to tell them that she had arrived. The man, scared out of his wits by the gun and the roar of her motorcycle, walked inside and into what seemed to have been a crazy group orgy. Lots of blood. Lots of bodies. Lots of drinks. Lots of whores and a couple still doing who knows what in the middle. “H-hey…” The man said. “H-his agent is here.” By this time, even though it wasn’t noticeable, the man had pissed in his pants….Was he going to die?
Emma didn’t give a shit for the man. She drove off of the sidewalk in front of the club and then drove to the other side of the street. “It probably looks bad in the inside…Heh. I never liked these types of places.” She had no idea, but it didn’t matter. What mattered to her right now was getting the work done and not getting in trouble with Him. Training with Him sucked and she hopped to never go through another session again.

It didn't take long but we were greeted by a shady character selling guns. The first thing that went through my mind was the possibility that this man was supplying the people we were gonna beat down. If this was the case, then I'll have to bring him down, but I'll wait first, perhaps there's more to this and Nathaniel seems to trust him... Probably more so than me. Don't blame him, really. He wanted to talk business in a shop, again I felt uneasy. I found myself being locked in with the others. Why couldn't we do this business outside? Who's going to stop us, the police? A gang member? Both unlikely. I didn't notice but the temperature changed, this happened when I got uneasy, my power tended to act on its own. Rina gave me a look, I cocked an eyebrow, she didn't speak, she just turned to Nathan, moving her head in my direction for him to notice.
---
Archangel continued to endulge on Kyle's mouth, even when the man spoke up, she paid him no mind. She curved her hand around Kyle's thigh and the man tried to repeat, some screams and seconds later two bloodied stripper minions picked themselves up away from the mangled body. Reluctant, Archangel pulled her head away from Kyle's. "My love... Work must come before play." She said sorrowfully and pulled herself up from the floor. "Get dressed. It's time we make you powerful." A hint of glee this time as she went to the back room to get dressed. When both were ready, Angel told Kyle to let his men follow and out of the club they went, approaching the woman on the motorcycle. The whores did not follow, they sat staring blankly into space, awaiting their puppeteer to move them. "Mmm..." Angel moaned, taking in Emma's air. "You feel quite powerful... For a mortal." She projected, clinging her arms to Kyle. "Well? What are you waiting for. You have orders, we have work to do. So where do we begin?" Angel pulled herself and kissed Kyle on the cheek. It was like she was under a heavy love spell. She just couldn't stop touching Kyle, it was even difficult for her to break eye contact with him and each time she had to look away, her eyebrows would arch showing obvious longing for him.
(Crappity crap crap. Sorry Jilly!)

Rina cocked her head at Nat, and he saw it out of the corner of his eye. He was currently looking at the dealer and nodding enthusiastically, muttering "Uhm-Hmm"s every now and again. Covertly, he nudged Aaron with his elbow and acted to adjust the contents of his hip pocket. He looked crookedly at Aaron, and made a small, upwards motion with his head, supposed to be taken as "turn up the heat." "Okay, Jeremy, I'm sold." "I told you to call me some other shit, man!" "What the hell are you afraid of? Five-oh ain't gonna getcha'. I'll buying two. Plus an extra clip each. Also getting a couple boxes of ammo." "Good choice, Nat, man. Hey, that be cash, or credit?" "Put it on my tab. I'll get it back to you Friday." "Swear it?" "Yeah I do." "I can't be runnin' no business with no one payin'." "I'll pay." The four left the storeroom, and again worked their way to his trunk where Nat walked away with two decently small submachine guns and bullets enough to at the very least clear one building. "You be comin' back here, now! the rest of you, too! Other Guy! Hottie, don't be afraid. I won't bite!" "Let's just get in the car. this guy's clingy." Nat tossed the goods in their trunk and went to drive again. "Let's go cruising."
---------------------------------------------------
"Well? What are you waiting for. You have orders, we have work to do. So where do we begin?" Kyle, still infatuated, reciprocated the corpse's kiss. now that she-it was cleaned up, she -- it -- looked very appealing. "Yeah. You lead. Go on." Kyle was nodding towards Emma apathetically, stealing glances at Archangel whenever he could.

Behind the helmet, the sight disgusted her, but her voice didn’t reveal it. With much composure, she carefully opened one of her pouches and pulled out a paper. She unfolded the fragile thing and held it out, revealing a gang’s symbol. Emma showed the people before her and allowed the paper to swing around with the wind while she held it. “The Brotherhood of Inferno.” Her altered voice rang out and she smiled. “They’re too much trouble. We will kill them.” And that was all she said. Emma felt no need to explain because these were the orders coming from Him and He always got what he want, no matter what.
It was after she told him that she realized the man hadn’t come out. She felt almost relieved that she didn’t need to walk in there. If she had, what would have happened? “Heh…” Scenarios filled her head and all she could manage was a small snicker. They all ended in death and somehow she had managed to evade it once again, but how long would her game of cat and mouse last? Emma didn’t know, but she hoped it would last. Still, unhappy thoughts approached her: What if she never found him?

As if they couldn't be acting weirder, Nathan kept elbowing me acting to adjust his pocket. I know he was doing it just to be an asshole. I grunted slightly and he turned back and then nodded slightly to me, as if to say "Up yours". Sure me and him were still hesitant for each other but now he was just being plain out rude. Instinctly, I folded my arms, I felt offended by this. He seemed to stop screwing with me and seemed to finish up with 'some other shit'. We found ourselves in the car and Rina was the second to speak after Nathan's enthusiastic "ready to go". "You didn't have to make the room a freezer." "Well if I did it was Nathaniel's fault. Hitting me then finding it amusing." I grumbled, turning my head to the window like a butthurt child who just got into it with one of his little kiddy friends.
---
Rina rolled her eyes. "He was only doing that because you were going to give our gun dealer hypothermia." "Huh?" "Whatever." Rina was riding shotgun, Aaron had no problem sitting in the back, besides, he was still mildly pissed at Nathaniel. "Children's quarrels aside. We need to find the snake's headquarters. They're pretty pompous, I'd bet if we asked one of them they'd tell us... Maybe with a little feminine charm?" She looked at Nathan with a wink.
---
Angel leaned over to kiss Kyle while Emma explained the plan, she just couldn't help herself. When the name "Brotherhood of Inferno" hit her ears she pulled her face from Kyle's, her face showing an expression of great amusement. Angel slowly turned her head to Emma, her eyes not leaving Kyle's face until she couldn't possibly look at him and they switched to Emma. "He wants supreme authority, you know this. The only way is creating a certain level of order. Removing those who would disturb that order..." Her face turned back to Kyle's. "Would make him weak..." She said it as an oddity. She was talking to Emma but it seemed as if she was telling Kyle. "My love... It is time to show your strength for me. Time to send more souls to where I've been banished." She was joyous, like a concerned girlfriend who just heard word that her boyfriend has gotten a job. She embraced him harder. "We must move."
---
"RATTTATATAT!" One of the men screamed before unloading more rounds out into the street of fleeing people. He, like a few others, were completely naked. Those who weren't failed to wear much clothes themselves. Crazed eyes spiked left and then right, mowing down who they could. A few of the more dressed men had orange suits, most likely convicts. Others worn clothes and gowns given from the insane asylum they were once housed. A molitov flew through the air, smashing into the side of the building, the fire catching quick. A fire in New York was bad news, especially when nobody was around to extinguish it... The Brotherhood of Inferno were making their move.

"They're pretty pompous, I'd bet if we asked one of them they'd tell us... Maybe with a little feminine charm?" Rina winked at Nat, and he responded by smirking and driving a bit more recklessly, as he sped up on his way to Broadway, then onto Central Park Street. "We need to find one of them... shouldn't be hard. they wear those 'snake' patches on their jackets like bull's-eyes." Nat could feel the weight, so much more than it was before he realized he'd probably use it, of his firearm sitting against his thigh, though the butt stock was collapsed and most of it was disassembled to better hide it. Nat slowed down, took to a decent cruising speed, and sat back in his seat, eyes moving quickly back and forth, scanning the streets for any Snakes, preferably, a large group with testosterone poisoning. he found it almost an instant before flipping around and driving back the way they came; five of those big, macho, preening, 'manly' men standing at the corner of the street, most likely having a bull session about who (or how many) they slept with the night before. "Perfect. you're almost guaranteed an answer from these guys. They won't be able to resist telling you, if it will let them one-up everyone else. Hey, stretch out that collar; the lower it is, the better." Nat said jokingly and pulled up to the curb a small ways away. "So, I feel forced to assume that other guys in the car will spoil it. You want to drive, or walk?"
--------------------------------------------------------------
"We must move." "Yeah, okay." Kyle nodded absently. He was already moving towards the car. He got in, whistled shrilly, and two of the other seats were immediately occupied. Rico was in back with What's-his-Face. He pulled up alongside Emma's bike, and, letting Angel in, squealed the tires as he followed to her "assignment". Reptile was petting Angel anywhere he could, every time he freed a hand. The other hand was drumming heavily on the wheel.
The first thing that Reptile noticed outside of Angel's eyes, so deep, and yet as shallow and unfocused as a corpse's at the same time, was the roar of an inferno. He stopped petting Angel and a small sigh of disappointment echoed from her to him. The next thing Kyle noticed was heat waves, probably from the same blaze. He could see licks of flame above the buildings, and it sounded like someone was setting off firecrackers. He felt a bead of sweat run down to the tip of his nose, and fall off. He heard it hit the leather under him, and again, and again. The buildings around him were hardly not burning, it was so hot; as he turned a corner towards the sound that grew from firecrackers to cherry bombs, he could see why. A group of four apartment buildings on this block were all towering infernos. People were screaming and running around him, the road was clogged with shot-up cars and debris. "Damn it. We're walking." Emma's bike could have easily weaved through it, but Kyle would need a plow truck and half an hour just to clear enough room to drive passed. Luckily, they didn't need to walk far, in a minute from leaving, Kyle was already ducking to avoid bullets. Kyle reached out, petted Angel one more time. Rico was ducked behind a tall cement median, machine pistol drawn. He nodded, Reptile nodded back, and drew his weapon, a nothing-special cop-killer handgun he stole off of What's-his-Face back at the clinic, so long ago. If he wanted Angel happy, he would have to save some Brotherhood of Inferno from bullets, but until he was close enough to do anything about that, the gun would work.

Being able to weave through the mess, allowed Emma to get ahead of the others and because of that she decided to let herself initial strike. Without stopping, she drove into the line of fire, ignoring the bullets and letting them strike her and her bike – for she and her bike was bulletproofed, and mowed down a man with a Molotov. Emma managed to get her heavy motorcycle to pop a wheelie and once she did, it came crashing down on the man, and the other engine wheel began to grind his face. The frightening thing was that she finished killing him before his Molotov smashed the ground. Once it did, her bike continued her charge around the enemy’s lines, making her work much like a show. With all the stunts and tricks she was pulling, it was hard for her to take death seriously now and days.
Hoping to give an opening for the others behind her, she continued to cause chaos within the chaos bringers, and she did so with no mercy. Disfigured faces, revealed muscles, spillage of guts, explosions of blood. She was making a circus of the fallen bodies. It wasn’t until she met a smart convict, who threw a Molotov at her, that she stopped her rampage. Her arm intercepted the pass and erupted into flames, but no panic reached her expressions. “I guess I killed all the easy blokes.” She commented, seeing the massive size of the brotherhood. It would take a long while to beat them all up, but she supposed that was why there were power users.
Emma looked up at the convict and revved her bike. “Bring it on Death.” She charged the convict with her flaming arm and smiled an odd smile. She had smiled at the terror in his eyes and at that, she knew that he was like her. He was human like her without any power. No power to use against those with those odd abilities. If there was a power user in the brotherhood then she wanted to see them and see how long she lasted against the updated version of humanity. She wanted to know if she was obsolete or if she still stood a chance before being left in the dust. And then she wanted to kill the power user. Emma wanted to know if she could do it. If she could actually kill Him, if she had enough strength, and if she didn’t, then she would die.
Over all, she needed power. She needed strength and power to kill Him, and then find the person she needed. Emma needed strength to get home and to return to a normal life. She wanted it all back. Deep within her heart, she wanted to stop and get away. Her heart ached so much while her mind yelled the exact opposite at it, so tears begin to stream from her eyes. The internal arguments being held inside of her hurt, but behind the mask, no one knew, not even her. As she continued her mission, the crazed look in her eyes and the crazed grin to match remained as the tears streamed down. It was as if her outer self was a different person from her inner person. She had become a person intertwined with the city’s chaos.

Rina gave a slick smile at Nat. "I'll walk." She buttoned up one of Christina's aqua blue jackets and left the cab. She began walking towards the group joking and gloating off. She examined their faces, looking for one that was definately lying. As she was coming up, one of them noticed her and gave her a cat call. She rolled her eyes and quickly wrapped around one of his friends, the one that was definately lying. "Oh, baby. Why didn't you call me last night?" She whined seductively. He was obviously confused, his eyes shot towards his buddies who stood with their mouths gaped. "Uh... Sorry, baby. I'm an exclusive man." He started, his face glancing at his buddies. "But... You said you'd make me a snake if I let you rub miracle whip all over my breast and let you lick it off... Don't forget the hour in the hot tub after..." The guy's friends were still amazed. The snake getting enticed by Rina grew worried. He didn't know if this was allowed and he knew he didn't know her, but if he said anything then he'd be the pussy of the whole gang. Would he sacrifice going against what few rules he had for his own self image? Within seconds Rina walked towards the man's hog, giving a slight wink in Nat's direction then got on the back. Neither she nor the rider seemed to put on any helmet before roaring off.
---
His subject seemed to be quite the elite. Archangel turned to Kyle with a pleading look. "His subject is making you look bad... Go show those psychos why you're THE Reptile." The car was close enough now. When he left she left the car as well, folding her hands behind her back. It was obvious she wouldn't take part in this battle.
(Fillerishes. =( Sorry.)

Nat followed behind the bike, leaving enough room between the two that a few times, he actually lost them for a moment or two, but eventually followed them to a building crouched low beside a sprawling shopping mall. The bike was idling at the curb and a heavy metal door was just swinging shut. Nat shrugged, parked around the corner from the bike, and walked up to the door, now totally closed and as solid as the rest of the wall. Nat leaned into the wall and started assembling his gun under his jacket. With a free hand, He pounded hard on the door with the heel of his palm and waited again for someone to answer. "Who the fuck's there?" Nat was still against the wall, so he couldn't be seen unless they came all the way outside. "The fuck? Wind or some shit." the man behind the door slowly opened it the rest of the way, hit his head with his palm, and bolted away from the door like he was being chased. Nat sighed and called for anyone else, but the room was empty. Inside the first door was a very small room with a single swaying lightbulb in the center of the ceiling and one chair in the corner, presumably where the watch sits and answers the door. Or a private place to play with yourself. probably both. There was another door at the opposite end, with light streaming through the crack below it. Inside, nat could make out Rina's voice, as well as lots of other guys'.
-------------------------------
reptile nodded, pulled the slide back to make certain there was a round chambered, like he learned to do on TV. He leaned out of the corner, fired a few rounds, pulled back. Rico was, too, having trouble firing without unloading the entire clip without looking. Kyle Held the gun out passed the corner, but kept the rest of his body hidden. he decided it'd be for the best and accidentally fired in the direction of Emma's bike's tires to even the playing field. His spare hand reached back, touched Angel's. Reptile Slunk forward, jumped behind a car. Rico was still stuck back at the divider. Reptile sprinted from cover to cover, he was eventually so close he could practically reach out and grab anyone he wanted. He padded silently, ten feet closer, and did reach out, grabbed one of their wrists and spit onto the base of their neck. Ducked, shot a few more, and tried to melt another one or two.
