There will be no more members of STARS that are to be stationed in Raccoon City. If your from another city all together then that is acceptable but you must make a solid background history for them to be apart of the roleplay. They need a good reason not something flimsy like they went on vacation with a shotgun, handgun and three boxes of ammo for each.
And I would sorta of like it if everyone didn't play the good guy all the time. We do need people working for Umbrella Corp. and other Rival companies.
