It wasn't long after the remaining squads of Bravo and Alpha came back. They said their comrades were lost by undead monsters. Heh, I remember telling them another thing they lost. Boy was I naive.
"Hey Jack, want to come and get a drink at J's?" The voice of officer Ryman asked. "I'm on duty. Never know what could happen.." Jack said as he relaxed his legs on his desk. 'Call that duty?' Kevin thought as he left the room and off on his crusade to J's Bar. Jack tossed a baseball up and down, up and down, until he began annoying himself. Tonight was definately going to be boring, nothing happens in Raccoon now that the incident is over. Not to mention Jack was worrying where Chris and Barry dissappeared to. He had seen Barry recently but he just dissappeared. Jill got suspended and Brad has been more panicky as of late. Jack flipped on his sunglasses and awaited a fictional call of a possible problem he could go and solve.
(Yay, crappiness. Woot.)

A young lady walked down one of the many hallways of the Raccoon City police station, listening to her new boss; Brian Irons. She stood just barely at 5'7. 5'8 1/2 if you included her high heels. She wore a knee length denim jean skirt, a pale pink tee, and to finish the ensamble she paired the outfit with a cropped, dark denim jacket. Her obsidian black hair was piled on the back of her head in a messy bun. Her make up lightly done up. She nodded and said a few short words to answer Irons. There were three tanned folders held under one of her arms.
Mr. Irons led her to an office room. A dark haired man had just left. He motioned her to come in. There was some guy playing catch with a baseball. She merely raised her eye brow and observed.

"Stupid, lazy, ass. I just came back from work and the little retard asks me to get him some chinese take-out... that's right across from his work! To top it all off...My car got stolen..."
It was always this way. It was always, "Since I'm older you have to listen to me, or else I'm telling mom." Of course, their mother had passed away and their father had been erased from all family history, but he still used the excuse. He probably used it to annoy her, or just did, but she didn't really care. At times, she wondered why her older brother was such a child at times. He was a grown man, and he still acted like a kid. He wasn't a child, he was her brother, and obviously along with being her brother, he had certain rights. Well, that's how he put it. She could refuse to follow him, but when she did, he usually did something nice, and she liked that.
She stretched and pushed the door to the RPD open. "MY FOOD!" Her brother exclaimed, coming up and snatching the bag away. Immediately, she flipped up her middle finger in his face. "I'm not getting your food again. It's right across the street, and I had to walk all the way from work in a suit and change! Then walk all the way over here from my house and the swell ten minutes turned out into almost a freakin' hour! For God's sake...I don't have a car!" She was in black and white sneakers, a white hoody, and some khackis. It was obvious that she didn't have the time to fix up because her dark brown hair was in a messy bun.
"B-b-but I couldn't leave! I have desk duty!" Her brother complained and she only continued to glare at him with her also dark brown eyes. "Desk duty? It's not even a freakin' block away you little dick!"

"Hello Chief." Jack said as he moved his legs off the desk and sat up straight to look at them. "Um, what's up?" He asked, his hazel eyes glaring through the sunglasses at the cute female he escorted in. "Who's this?" He asked again, his expression obviously being questionable at the woman. Irons isn't much for going to converse with his officers, he was a very, very, busy person. He hardly had time to bad mouth those who did bad, though he seemed to find the time to admire all the antiques he placed around the RPD.

" Your new co-worker" came the simple reply and he simply left. She stared back at the man. ' What a dick' she thought. Honestly did that man have any social skills? She swung her gaze back to the man infront of her. " Hi. So.... do I have a desk to work at or do I work some where else in this building" she wasn't much of a socialist herself. The three folders in her hands were the reports of the missing STARS members, and the local citizens of Raccoon City that had died in the cannibal cases. After the last remaning members of STARS were suspended and 'disappeared' they were in a dire need of new replacements. And she was the only one they sent. As far she knew.

Jack nudged his glasses at the file but didn't ask about it. "Um, you'll be in here.. I believe they'll give you either Redfield's or Burton's old desk. I'm Jack, your squad leader. The other members aren't on duty right now. I'll introduce them to you tomorrow." He said then yawned. "If Irons put you on duty now then you'll find what you need in the STARS locker room." He mumbled then looked at her examiningly. "So what position did they put you into STARS for? I highly doubt you're here for sniping." He chuckled at his own comment then threw his legs back up on the desk. He gave her a smug smirk.

"You should calm down..." He grinned at her and poked her right on the forehead. Jay seemed to be having fun. He always had fun annoying his younger siblings, but 'Jilly' was the only one who actually fought back and that made it even more fun. He enjoyed being the oldest of the triad. But if he didn't stop now he was bound to get hurt. "I'm pushing the reset button...its tellin' you to calm down, sister."
She crossed her arms and simply smiled. "If you don't stop pressin' the reset button...I'll reset my knee in your balls, Wise dick." Jay shrugged and took the box of chow mein and started to stuff the noodles into his mouth. "Chow mein is good, y'know? Long noodle, long life..." Jillian rolled her eyes and stuck her tounge out. "Not if your sister is Jillian."

" I'm computer tech. What about you?" she questioned him. The last part coming off just a little arrogant/sarcastic. " Oh and by the way" she whispered at him while moving on by. " I am actually licensed to use a sniper rifle". Setting down the folders on what seemed to be a Chris Redfield's desk. She pulled back a strand of hair behind her ear. She sat down on the wooden chair. Opening the first file, it was the suspended members of STARS. Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Brad Vickers, Rebecca Chambers and that Barry guy. Scanning quickly over their statements which seemed to be focused against Umbrella Corp. Odd on how their trying to blame a multi-million dollar corporation.

Jack pushed his glasses up on his forehead, revealing his hazel eyes. "I'm your captain." He chuckled at her attitude. 'This one might have as much flare as Ayami.' He thought and laughed a bit more. He looked over her shoulder for his desk was behind Chris'. "Useless to go over that. I'm sure you'd find Umbrella's lies in the news." He said with a laugh. He didn't believe his STARS comrades about monsters but he felt Umbrella had something to do with this. Jack had always hated Umbrella.

"So you hear about Umbrella? Oh, and you like the gun I got ya?" Jay asked, putting his feet on his desk, so he could lean back on his chair's hind legs. "Yeah...that's dad's work. He stopped mailing us when I turned nineteen. The gun is alright...I don't like playing around with guns though...Even though you forced me to go deer hunting with you..." Jillian giggled at the thought and took a seat in front of his desk. "Remember when we went hunting that one time...and you pissed off that one deer...I can't stop laughing at that memory...even though you were hospitalized...."
"Say...what's up with the STARS thing...They seem tougher than SWAT..." Jay shrugged and sighed. "Some STARS members gone loco...talkin' about monsters...It's real funny..." He snorted and Jillian shook her head. "I'm not one to believe in monster stories..."

" What? Have a vendetta against Umbrella? And what would you know about the corporate world Captain?" the last word dripped with utter defiance. Her blue-grey eyes stared at him when she turned her head to look over her shoulder. " Umbrella corp can't be all that bad. They paid for my education in fact. They gave thousand of jobs to the citizens of Raccoon. So what did they do to you to hate them so much?" she asked.

Jack laughed. "A whole town ruled by one corperation." He started. "What kind of commercial enterprise runs a city? One this size in fact? Also, I dont know if you've noticed but alot of people from this town just go up missing. Have you even seen our wall of missing peoples? Oh yeah, I forgot, we moved the wall to a bigger room." He said, almost sounding angry now. "Umbrella has its own security force, much like normal cops, but do you see them doing much to help? Also, I dont know if you've noticed, but this police department is big and yet lacks cops." He shook his head and decided to change the subject. "So Princess Diana, what's your name?"

"So...when do you want it back?" She asked. "Want what back?" Jillian pulled off a key from her keychain and tossed it to him. "There's the key to the gun box thing...I don't want it, really. I'm not a gun person and I don't like having it in the house...who knows...I can accidently kill myself with it." Jay cocked his eyebrow and sighed. "But it can be used for protection!" "Death..."
They argued the topic for a couple minutes, until they were inturrupted by Jay's radio. "Eh? What's this rebellion?" Jillian cocked her eyebrow at Jay and he responded, "Yep...and they want some more cops...Eh, ain't my problem, I'm on desk duty." He grinned and Jillian stared at him with awe. "You're lazy! People could be gettin' hurt!"

She smiled, though it seemed extremly strained. She got up from the chair and turned towards Jack. " And you think you know just about everything. Have you noticed that your police force is barely adequate for being able to find someone. Did anyone think of that they merely moved away or something? And isn't it obvious that a corporation like Umbrella has a security division for a reason? Like I dunno ,you phone them and they send a few people to help" she sneered back att he man. " Your for god damn information know it all. It's Sola" she seethed before exiting the room heading downstairs to the main entrance. ' I need to have a smoke' she thought bitterly.

Jack merely smirked as she made her comments and left. After she was gone he laughed. "What kind of name is Sol....a.." The name stuck in his head. "Nah..." He said shaking his head. His radio then began to blare. "Jack, we need you down here now, we have a major riot with some pot heads." Jack laughed and shook his head. "C'mon Jean, can't you get Jay to go instead?" He asked with a sigh. It's true he was looking for some action but riots in this town usually consists of someone up on a podium yelling out the wrong doings of Umbrella while people would occasionally hit a cop. "No." The officer's voice broke out. "Jay's on desk duty, get down here, we cant hold them, they're crazed." Jack shook his head and took his beretta off his desk and placed it into the holster then got ready to go out and assist.
