Katrina jumped out of her car and walked inside. When she walked inside and saw Richard, she gave him a big hug and a big smile as well. "Richard! I love you! Oh my God! I love you!" She laughed and returned to the garage. "You won't believe it!" She yelled from the garage and then she took a binder from the front seat of her car. "I got it, Richard... I got a project that's bigger than anything before! And you know how? They prefer my skills over Mendoza and that girl has too many small projects anyways."
"That's amazing, Kat! That's so good."
"Yeah! Let's go out for dinner tonight!"
"Um... don't you have somewhere to go tonight though?"
"Hmm..."
"You have to go to the Nautical at 8:30... It's in your messages..."
"Oh damn... I'm meeting up with them... How did I forget that?" Katrina shook her head and looked back at her husband. "It's a formal type of place... expensive and I don't have anything to wear."
"Yeah you do... your dress."
Katrina opened her binder and looked through. "The one with the stain? Ha... I don't think so. I'll just get one of my work suits and then go.. It's a lot better than wearing nothing." She sighed again and then closed her binder. "I'll begin reading this stuff this weekend... But I guess I need to prepare... " She left the kitchen and then went to prepare herself..."I hope I get there on time."
After her shower, she prepared herself like she would on any normal work days. She got a nice brown suit on and picked out one pair of shoes out of the many she had in the garage. Then she moved on fixing her hair into a messy bun and getting on some make-up.
It didn't take her long too finish and that didn't matter, but when she looked at the mirror she frowned. The two other ladies would probably be wearing dresses, but Katrina, on the other hand, never was one for dresses and she didn't have one she could wear at the moment...or ever. The stain was never cleaned off because of her dislike for dresses...
But Katrina soon got over that fact and decided that it was time for her to leave. She kissed her husband good bye and then made him promise to be good. After all that was done, she entered her car and drove out of the garage...
